We're getting ready for our upcoming spring shows, so it's production time!

In addition to creating the original painting, I also offer limited edition reproductions so people can enjoy my artwork if they can't afford the original or if the original has been sold and is no longer available.

It's almost time for one of my favorite shows, the Ozark Mountain UFO Conference. Its a well-paced show with plenty of time for conversation. I'll have a lot of smaller originals, several created specifically for this conference.

I'll be attending my first holiday market this year!

In a sign that the post-pandemic world is getting closer to pre-pandemic activities, The Little Craft Show will be returning to the Fayetteville Town Center this Sunday, December 4, 2022, and I'll be there.

I'll be bringing a bunch of new pieces I've been working on, with subject matter ranging from landscapes and botanical watercolors to robots and spaceships.

I had a great time in Wichita at the Autumn & Art show, but boy was it hot! Daytime temperatures soared to around 100˚. For this show, I really enjoyed working on Screw Loose Joybot. He's the happy yellow-orange robot in the upper right of the post photo.

This weekend, we'll be in Wichita at the annual Autumn & Art at Bradley Fair.  I've been working on new pieces that will premier at this show, including fun new robots and space art in a wide range of sizes and prices. I'll have other paintings on display as well.

It should be a clear, warm weekend with a lot of sunshine, so come on out if you're in the area and stop by booth C11 to say hello.

Earlier this year, I created a couple of paintings inspired by the Ozark woods in the moonlight around my home. At spring shows, the paintings were received very well and are now gracing the walls of my customers.

I thought you might be interested in seeing the evolution of one of these paintings. Although many of my paintings are on canvas, this particular work is acrylic and ink on paper.
